Here's some pages from my sketchbook. Sorry the quality is not that good... I'll have to search for another scanner on campus that works better than this....
Maybe more to come?

This week's topic is Tool.
A camera is a tool for keeping memories.
An instax camera is a tool for keeping instant memories.

The topic for this week's 52 Weeks of Drawing challenge is Four-Legged Friend.
A mix of real people and a fragment of my imagination. Some are based off of my friends, some strangers, and some just make-believe friends.

The topic for the third week is Plant. Truth be told, I don't have the best green thumb - in fact, it's more like a black thumb because, unfortunately, everything I try to grow dies. The only thing I seem to be capable of keeping alive are plants that do not need a lot of care - like succulents... and green onions.

I found the quote online (via Tumblr), which says:
"Plant your own garden & decorate your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers."

Remember how I did the 52 Weeks of Drawing Challenge? No? Yea, me neither. I gave up less than halfway there. But, I do want to re-challenge the challenge (and myself) this time, I'm going to be doing this with another artist friend so we can help each other out by keeping on track.
Here is my Week 1 of 52 entry for the topic of Your Choice.

They said I could draw anything, so I drew a castle coming out from a book, a fish, and some triangles.

Making up for last week 'cause it took me a while to choose my favourite place. At first, I thought about drawing Krause Berry Farm, but if I did, then I would have to draw it from pictures (which is something I'll rather not do because it won't seem as realistic). Then, I thought about my room, but that would be way too hard and I would have to clean up if I did, so I rejected that idea as well. So, just last night, I thought about some of my favourite places when I was a child, and I bet most kids (even today) has had this experience - playing with the TV box! Or any big box really. I remember getting all excited when my parents bought big appliances, because I could play with the box! A box is definitely where a child's imagination runs wild.

My dreams and fantasies inspire me.
(I can't wait to scan all my art because the quality and details can be seen better.)

I was too busy last week so I made it up today! The topic was "Your Name", so my name is hidden in the patterns.
